DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

For offsite events, we take care of the delivery of equipment and plants. Dismantling is also carried out by our team. We guarantee strict adherence to deadlines and safe transportation of flowers.
Vases and other related products are delivered according to the tariffs on the site. If your city is not specified in the delivery zone - the cost will be calculated by a manager individually after the application is made.
Date and time of delivery is also agreed with the customer.

When ordering related products payment is possible only by card. In other cases payment is made in any convenient way - by card or cash.

You can find out about the status of your order on our website, by phone or e-mail. We also provide automatic notification by email and sms about changes in the status of your order (noted at checkout). Please note that not all cities can be notified about delivery immediately after its realization. In some cases notifications are sent out at the end of the working day. In case of international delivery official confirmation of order delivery is made within 3 working days.
If the courier arrives at the specified address and the recipient is not present, the courier may deliver the gift to the recipient's neighbors, relatives or colleagues, if this was specified when placing the order. Also, upon request, the courier can leave the order at the door and attach a photo of the place where the gift was left as proof of delivery.

We are not responsible for late delivery of the order or its impossibility due to incorrectly specified address and contact information.
